Hi! My name is Christen, and I am the owner of Applauze. I worked in Cherry Creek for 20 years before opening my own business, and so I have worked for some of the leaders in the industry. I bring all that experience to my clients here at Applauze, which opened in Westminster in 2008. I love working in my own neighborhood and being a part of a community. You will see that my salon is a warm and welcoming place – I love the women I work with, because we truly are a family. I would love to have you join our family! I am a certified color specialist with L’Oreal Professionnel, and I love following new trends with color. I am currently enjoying the trend of creative and dimensional color. I also love the challenge of a good style and blow out, and sharing my product knowledge with my guests to help you maintain your look at home.

After 10+ years of doing hair I still love my job and my clients everyday. For as long as I can remember I’ve been interested in the beauty industry. Growing up seeing my family doing hair and opening up their own salons was very inspiring. I love watching new trends and being creative with hair to give clients their best look. I specialize in blonde hair & balayage.

Hi my name is Alex. I have been doing hair for 12+ years and have been in the industry since I was a kid. Growing up both my mom and grandma did hair so I am actually a third generation hairstylist! I went to beauty school right out of high school and continued my education as an assistant in the Denver area. I specialize in blonde/dementional hair color, balayage, women and men’s precision cuts. I am so PROUD and happy to be working here at Applauze!! I always look forward to coming to work in such a fun and friendly environment! I feel so incredibly blessed to be doing what I love every day and really enjoy connecting with my clients, making them feel beautiful and confident is my number one goal. Its such a rewarding feeling when my clients trust me to help them make changes and update their look or maintain the style they already love!

Hi there, I’m Tiffany! I grew up in Arvada and have been working in the Arvada community for many years. I have two kids in college and a wonderful husband that I am lucky enough to call my best friend. I have been at Applauze Salon for fourteen years and truly adore and respect the women I work with. We work together to make our clients experience wonderful. I love colors , balayages and precision cuts. I very much enjoy keeping up with the newest trends in our industry ! I’m so excited to be joining the lovely team at Applauze. I have been in the industry for 12 years. I’ve worked in the Capital Hill area and Wash Park for most of them and have been able to learn from so many talented stylists. I’ve also had the opportunity to work at a top salon in Newport Beach for a year which I like to consider my in depth training in blonding. I specialize in blonding and dimensional balayage as well as women’s haircuts chin length and longer however I love doing hair color of all types. When I’m not at work I’m usually chasing my toddler around or watching Real Housewives. I can’t wait to become a part of this community with you all!

I have been doing hair for 30+ years, so you can say I am a local fixture in the profession! I love this neighborhood, and I love working here at Applauze, because of the close and playful relationship with my co-workers! They are a great group of girls, and we all make sure to keep each other feeling great, constantly improving, and learning all the necessary skills we need to make our customers feel their best! I love to do color and cuts, giving my guests a fresh look every time they come in, so they can feel their best. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time with my husband and my two kids, working out, watching the Denver Broncos and spending time with friends. I hope to see you in my chair soon!
